We are so excited to share the latest news from the CXCouncil.

Current Events

This upcoming month, we are hosting a webinar with Thankful on the AI within the customer experience space. Our CX experts will be discussing how to create a customer experience that is built on the latest AI tools and keeps customers coming back. The webinar will be held on March 2nd at 11:00 pm PST.

CXC Forum

We are also proud to announce the launch of our new CXCouncil Forum. Here you will find tips and resources to help you stay up-to-date on the latest customer experience trends and strategies. This is currently in Beta. If you are interested in joining, create your credentials below.

The formal release will be the first week of March. We encourage beta users to get acquainted with the platform and to post a few times to get the platform ready to launch.

Welcome New Members
