New in town 🏠Meet your CXC community!

New to CXC? Me too!
So you recently joined this group called “CXC” and you’re probably wondering, “What exactly have I signed myself up for?”, “Where am I?”, “How is this going to be valuable for my career?”. Well, put on your reading glasses and call me the oracle, because it’s time to answer your questions:
Allow me to properly introduce myself - I’m Marissa and I’m your friendly, neighborhood community manager. I joined last week (readme) and I’m amped to be here!
Now, let’s introduce CXC. The Customer Experience Council is your professional community. We host a monthly virtual meetup where you can ask questions of your colleagues, and get valuable answers. (Our first meetup is Feb 6 from 1-2PM Central, are you registered yet?) We also host speaker series on topics you care about. And on top of all that goodness, we create and publish bespoke educational content on the skills you need to reach the next level in your career.
