In our #ask-the-community channel on Slack, Jacob asked: “I am exploring using Chat GPT to make an internal chatbot that uses our knowledge base to answer FAQs regarding our software/platform. The goal is to make it internal for now but maybe even create a customer facing version. Has anyone ever done this?”

Community members recommended various tools like Chatbase and Chatfuel. Also, a more powerful option like Kodif was suggested for added workflow automation.

Chatfuel: A user-friendly platform for building and deploying chatbots on messaging apps like Facebook Messenger without coding.
